I’m overseas – can you assist me?

Yes  We’ve helped many clients who are based in their home countries.  We have a free consultation, answering any visa questions, provide an a plan and then can assist you remotely as well as offshore Immigration New Zealand branch enquiries.

My English isn’t good – can you help?

This is one of the most common visa questions. Sure we have a team who can speak either in Chinese or Portuguese.

What are your agency prices?

They can vary due to visa applications being either temporary or permanent, having extra family members, being onshore or off-shore and whether simple or complex. See our Visa Services page which outlines a price range as a guide.

Are there any additional costs?

With every visa application ,there will be immigration fees (disbursements) which will be outlined in the information given to you. Regarding the agency fee, it depends on the complexity of your case. We will always advise you in advance in writing should extra work be required on your visa.

How long does the visa process take?

Times can take anywhere from 1 week for a temporary visa to 1 year for a residence visa.

Is support included?

Yes we aim to resolve your enquiries within 24 hours but usually less time. This is usually done by email, or a phone call or Skype.

What about refunds?

In the unlikely event of requesting a refund, we will calculate how much time and work has been put into the application and refund a percentage. Should the application be declined by Immigration New Zealand based on inaccurate, withheld or fraudulent information no refund is available.

Are you a licensed immigration advisor?
