How do I start the process?

I’m in New Zealand, can I contact you?

Yes we can usually have a conversation by email first to establish your situation. If you’re in any of the other main centres such as Hamilton, Whangarei, Tauranga, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin & even Invercargill we can meet or work remotely.

I’m overseas – can you assist me?

Yes  We’ve helped many clients who are based in their home countries.  We have an initial free immigration email service answering any visa questions. These include migrating to NZ, visiting, studying or working in NZ. Once signed up and work together, we provide an a plan and then can assist you remotely as Immigration New Zealand now accept all applications made online.

My English isn’t good – can you help?

This is one of the most common visa questions. Sure we have a team who can speak in Chinese.

What are your agency prices?

They can vary due to visa applications being either temporary or permanent, having extra family members, being onshore or off-shore and whether simple or complex. We will provide a competitive price for the cost of your visa.

Are there any additional costs?

With every visa application ,there will be immigration application fees (disbursements) which will be outlined in the information given to you. Regarding the agency fee, it depends on the complexity of your case. We will always advise you in advance in writing should extra work be required on your visa.

How long does the visa process take?

Times can take anywhere from 3 weeks for a temporary visa to 1 year for a residence visa.

Is support included?

Yes we aim to resolve your enquiries within 24 hours but usually less time. This is usually done by email or a phone call..

What about refunds?

In the unlikely event of requesting a refund, we will calculate how much time and work has been put into the application and refund a percentage. Should the application be declined by Immigration New Zealand based on inaccurate, withheld or fraudulent information no refund is available.

Are you a licensed immigration advisor?
